A. Yes, this service is really free. We will not require
any fee for using our basic service, We also offer an upgraded service with
more features and unlimited forms.
Q. How many forms can I create?
A. You can create and use 3 forms if you own a free
account. All we require in exchange is to keep the "Powered by
EZcontactform.com" link. Upgraded users can create unlimited forms and don't
need to display the link.
Q. Can I only use this for creating Contact Forms?
A. No, you may use it to create f whatever forms you wish
such as survey forms, questionnaires, feedback forms.
Q. Can I make the forms look like my site?
A. Yes, you can set the font and color, the background
color, and also you can display your site logo. These are all done in the
Setup Wizard.
Q. Can I use the forms to receive sensitive data like credit card details?
A. While you can create order forms using this service, we do
not recommend receiving sensitive data like credit card or banking
information details. The information submitted is not encrypted, and using the forms for such purposes have a great security risk.
If we find ny accounts requesting this kind of information will be
immediately suspend the account. We recommend using Services such as Paypal,
Google Checkout or Plimus if you need credit card information/
Q. Is the submitted data stored in a database for download ?
A. Yes. But only for uses that have upgraded be saved in
the database you can easily turn it on and download all collected data.

on a hidden page of your website and tell the Form Wizard, after the visitor
completes and submits the form, they will be taken to the " Thank You "
